The Customer Acquisition Support (CAS) is responsible for driving consistent client acquisition for Sellable Marketing and its partner brands. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into paying clients through a strategic multi-channel outreach approach. The CAS contributes directly to business growth by identifying opportunities, initiating meaningful conversations, and ensuring a seamless transition of prospects into the customer pipeline.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and proficiency with digital tools, platforms, and CRM systems. The CAS must have a deep understanding of company services, clearly articulate value, and help prospects achieve their goals by connecting them with the right solutions.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Own consistent lead generation by sourcing and qualifying prospects across social media platforms, email, freelancing marketplaces, job boards, niche communities, and other relevant channels. Build, maintain, and prioritise a healthy pipeline of qualified leads aligned with target industries, regions, and business types.
Multi-Channel Outreach & Engagement
Initiate and manage outbound and inbound conversations through cold email, DMs, telesales, drip campaigns, and community engagement. Craft personalised, persuasive messages and proposals that clearly communicate value and efficiently move prospects through the funnel. Schedule discovery calls, demos, and consultations with sales-ready leads.
Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns
Create, manage, and optimise drip email campaigns using tools such as Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Brevo. Monitor and improve performance based on open rates, click-throughs, replies, and conversions.
Networking, Events & Partnerships
Represent Sellable Marketing and partner brands at industry events, meetups, webinars, forums, and networking sessions to drive awareness and lead generation. Actively build and maintain relationships with founders, decision-makers, partners, and community leaders. Attend, organise, host, and speak at both online and offline events, positioning services in an educational, value-led way that supports pipeline growth. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to plan joint events, co-hosted webinars, and community initiatives that expand reach, credibility, and revenue opportunities.
Conversion & Revenue Delivery
Drive conversions through solution-based, value-led selling. Close deals independently and contribute directly to monthly client acquisition and revenue targets across Sellable Marketing and partner brands.
Social & Community-Based Prospecting
Identify decision-makers, engage prospects, and generate inbound interest through strategic participation in online communities, groups, and networks. Leverage both company and personal profiles to increase visibility and trust.
Paid Advertising (PPC) & Performance Campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. Develop compelling ad copy, landing page briefs, and conversion-focused funnels aligned with target industries and service offers. Monitor key metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, and continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and cost efficiency. Work closely with the marketing and automation teams to ensure seamless tracking, retargeting, and lead nurturing workflows that convert paid traffic into booked calls and paying clients.
Freelancing & Marketplace Management
Manage and optimise Sellable Marketing’s presence on freelancing and marketplace platforms. Submit bids, follow up with prospects, and close opportunities for both internal services and client-led projects.
CRM, Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate records of all leads, conversations, and deal stages within Zoho CRM and related systems. Provide weekly reports covering outreach activity, pipeline health, conversions, and optimisation opportunities.
Collaboration & Growth Support
Work closely with marketing, content, tech, and automation teams to refine messaging, improve acquisition workflows, and scale what works. Share market feedback and propose new acquisition ideas such as partnerships, referrals, webinars, and community initiatives to expand reach.
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close conversations confidently.
2. Proven experience in telesales, customer-facing, or sales-driven roles.
3. Strong proficiency with CRM, email marketing, and productivity tools such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and Canva
4. Hands-on experience using social media platforms and freelancing marketplaces for prospecting, outreach, and client engagement.
5. Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, lead generation processes, and conversion-driven sales workflows.
6. Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, deadlines, and communication channels efficiently without losing momentum.
7. Strong networking and relationship-building capability, with confidence attending, organising, hosting, and speaking at industry events, webinars, forums, and community sessions.
8. Ability to collaborate with partners, co-host initiatives, and represent the brand professionally to drive awareness, trust, and qualified leads.
9. Results-oriented and sales-driven, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs and targets.
10. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with strong time and task management skills.
11. Data-aware and performance-focused, able to track outcomes, learn from results, and optimise outreach strategies.
12. Growth-minded and adaptable, with a willingness to test new acquisition channels, messaging, and tools.
