A referral qualifies when you introduce a new prospect to Sellable Marketing Agency before any existing sales conversation or engagement occurs, and they convert into a paying client that aligns with our business standards. Existing leads or ongoing conversations do not qualify.
Referral commissions are paid after the referred client's payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Sellable Marketing Agency. For one-off projects, commission is released after full payment has been completed. For retainer agreements, commissions are paid based on the agreed payment cycle after qualifying payments are received.
The programme is designed to reward high performance and is largely uncapped. However, extremely high-value enterprise deals may have commission caps or adjusted structures to safeguard project profitability.
We value quality over quantity. Referrals should match SMA's target service capability, budget expectations, and business standards. Poor-fit leads will not be qualified for commission.
